Yes the top and bottom rails are angled to match the sides.
The middle is made from two pieces glued and brad-nailed together because like you said it has two different angles:
Hope this helps. Like i said i kinda just built as I went along (have a couple of modules with you to dry fit and back-check) and just had to figure out a solution here, especially at the mid rail. You can see my angle on the top of the mid rail is not perfect—from front you couldn’t tell, but being a carpenter I had to make it better and took it off and ran the face thru the table saw again:
