Anyone built any Kosmo reverb modules like the erica synths black hole? or just interesting FX modules in general?
Keen to build loads of fx module with lots of cv options as my rig is gonna be used as an fx centre to pass audio from my computer into it to get creative.
Searched online loads but not really found much!

@dud has DSP FX 100, @jkb has Spring Reverb Driver and @lookmumnocomputer has the impending spring reverb. Itâs not a lot but it should break ground on further FX.

I would certainly check out the Tripple Splashback Delay

For sure, that is actually my next build!
Looking for more fx and distortion etc also though
Ok great! Will check those out for sure

KardashevTypeII:
@dud has DSP FX 100
small clarification, the schem is from @Jos + Juanito More

Dud,
I was just crediting the Kosmoification but valid point.

I have @BlackDeath 's WahWah V847 clone

This is the BlackDeath WAHWAH!
Itâs a Kosmo-ified version of the classic V847 wah pedal with a few upgrades - Eurorack/Kosmo style power and diode protection, external CV control, a Q/tone-control knob, an attenuator, an indicator LED, an internal LFO for âautowahâ, and a switch to switch between manual and LFO/CV.
There are some unique features in this design. It uses two vactrols, which can be purchased or DIYâd, and it uses a part called a resonator which gives it âŠ
Thereâs the safety valve and valve VCA for distortion.

A cheap PT2399 delay
itâs a project that I did a while ago but maybe it can interest a few people.
A delay module, made from a âflat reverb module PT2399â bought very cheap on the net.
Modifications :
Elongation and adjustment of Time: remove the resistance R27 on the PCB and replace it with a potentiometer of 100k + a resistance of 500 ohms
Setting the Feedback: remove the resistor R21 on the PCB, add a trimpot of 22k and change the original potentiometer from 50k to 100k.
Addi a CV entry with a vactrol (connecâŠ

I have a modern rat pedal, the Proco I think. Iâve only used it for synth a couple times but it can make my baby loog guitar sound super heavy
Stomp Box Adapter to use all fx guitar pedal with your modular
EDIT: Switched pots to A100K and fixed their pin order.
You are correct. I pulled out my built module and itâs connected to pin 6. Hereâs the updated layout:

I did a multi-fx unit based on a PT2399 (reverb, delay, chorus and such):
Sculpt-O-Sound presents: Time-Warp-O-Matic
[Screenshot 2021-01-03 at 21.39.53_selection]
Summary / tl;dr
Time-Warp-O-Matic is a PT2399 based delay/echo/chorus multi effect built using 2 prefabricated PT2399 boards, a CD4066 analog switch, a rotary encoder, 2 potmeters and 2 opamps. The analog switch allows for choosing in which way the signals are routed to and from the PT2399s and the output. Furthermore a feedback / tail and a Wet/Dry control are included. An arduino nano, a rotary control aâŠ
and I have published some more fx-units like wave shapers and wave multipliers:

This looks great, what is the process of adding cv to parameters in modules? Does it involve a specific chip etc is it simple or really complicated? Trying to learn more about the process to adapt modules to include all the cv controlled parameters I can get my hands on

You can use a Vactrol (or a diy one : LDR + a led), or another solution for better control and result is adding a little circuit
some info here
hey friends,
I am working on a project (BD++) and am wanting to add CV to a parameter usually controlled by a potentiometer. here is the existing circuit:
[vactolQ1]
I understand since this pot is acting as a variable resistor it can be replaced with a cv source via vactrol. Is it possible to just sum them together, pot and CV? something like:
[vactrolQ]
is there an easier way to do this without using vactrol? opamps?
and here
Hi,
Recently exploring the amazing world of clocks/dividers and everything in between. I found something perfect for my needs and budget to generate polyrythms. the CLK from REBEL tech. which has three knobs that control 1.Master tempo 2. /8* out 3. /24* out. As this is on github : GitHub - pingdynasty/CLK: CLK is a triple clock generator Eurorack module from Rebel Technology I was wondering if anyone would know how to add CV control either simply to the master tempo and for more complexity CV âŠ
