The Euro-Pi consists of 2 boards. One that carries the pi-pico and some analog circuitry. The other deals with the IO. There are two 8-pin header blocks connecting the 2 boards. It shouldn’t be too difficult to make a dedicated IO-board for KOSMO size racks with the same interfacing to the ‘pico + analog circuitry board’ as in the original design. In that way you need not redesign the whole thing. @TimMJN and I have done something similar in 2022 for an envelope follower I made for eurorack. TimMJN then designed an adaptation board for KOSMO bridging the gap / bringing two worlds together.
