I couldn’t even make it, so in the middle of redesigning it in a 10cm wide module as opposed to a 5cm wide.

I’d like to think so too, but I keep finding myself designing 7.5 cm panels, which to some people aren’t even legal Kosmo. But I just think there are many cases where 5 cm is too tight a squeeze and 10 cm is oversized. Analog Output Audio Mixer, AO DC Mixer module.
