Introductions: Say hello, tell us about yourself and your projects

Interesting. We have a direct account with Alpha. MOQ is 1000…we use B25K at work.
I could probably stock them. I was thinking about becoming a Song Huei distributor, as well…

Im a young American nerd and youtuber with enough electronics knowledge to be annoying, and am trying to make synths that can actually make music and not bleeps. Also a retro-tech preserver

Wow! I’m so using that when my family call me a musical hoarder.

Except that I can’t find a way to ship them to Europe for a reasonable price. :frowning: I’m still looking for a better shipping option but right now it’s nearly $20 to ship to France. :frowning: I’m sorry @eric

That’s life, there are a lot of things that are not under your control.
No problem.
I won’t be shipping my excess PCBs (from jlcpcb) to the US for the exact same reason. It’s just cheaper to get 5 direct from jlcpcb than a single one from Europe to the US (and probably even faster…).

I got some 9mm from Tayda (hopefully enough…), and I’m moving to the easier to get 16mm ones for my next modules.
I will just need a few 9mm every now and then when Sam releases a new module.

Hello all, I am new to LMNC today and been interested in building a synth just for a month or so. Mostly interested in doing things the hard or unusual way and going transistorless is teaching me a lot of new things. I am mostly active with my many projects on Hackaday but after being linked to LMNC I am hooked

Thank you Vampyre, I studied music way back in my younger years in the 60’s and 70’s then got more into computer logic and Ham Radio. At one time or another I have played Piano, Banjo and Bassoon. Now interested once again in music and wanting to put my work in discrete logic circuits to work to that end

Thanks Irregularshed, Not the same feel here as Hackaday with all my projects but I feel comfortable here as well. Everyone here is music minded and I think I need that right now  And if anyone is in the southeastern US, I am near Wilmington, NC

I think your nearest neighbors are @Logiwonk in Richmond, VA and @Caustic somewhere in Georgia. https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1i0W45g5BL0Tx1Vg03tW9BXS7KADcIy-j&usp=sharing
