Ah, you found much better angles than I managed, thanks! Looks like the big one could be a Korg M3. They apparently like styling their gear somewhat, hiding logos etc; he used a Keylab 25 wrapped in red plastic in one video and I thought they’d just painted it white for this one, but it looks like a Mopho with two knobs pulled off 
And yeah, the portable modular is a “modulin”, built from Doepfer bits and pieces:
