I posted this already a while ago. Amazing stuff and Fever Ray as well of course.
And for all who think that José Gonzales wrote that song, here is the original.
Okay - these trigger memories!
Was at university when these came out, was branching out from RHCP, Primus and Metallica at the time and got into all of this new stuff, changing musical directions.

All of that was just dipping the toe in - soon after I discovered Psytrance and it was game over.

I’ve been watching lots of television. Giri/Haji, a thriller set in London and Tokyo, is a BBC/Netflix coproduction. Only one season of 8 episodes was made, despite high critical acclaim and a fanatical audience response. The series is characterized by strong writing, a first class bilingual ensemble cast, and gorgeous cinematography. Will Sharpe and Aoi Okuyama are audience favourites as the charming but flawed Japanese-English rent boy and the Japanese teenage girl he takes under his wing. The second season was to have focussed more on those two. This gem is one of the final scenes, when a gangland rooftop confrontation segues straight to ballet.
I still love the big beat stuff, used this track a lot back when I was working as a PA/FOH tech to test the Sub Lows
I think you could probably fill up an entire triple 12" album with different fan-written versions of Nanny Ogg’s infamous songs, A Wizard’s Staff Has A Knob On The End and A Hedgehog Can Never Be Buggered At All.
