I think this may have been partly asked before…
But what’s needed between the Modular “X” and a standard Mixer or Amp input?
I saw mention that the levels were too high for most standard gear… So what’s normaly used??
Cheers

Anyone every use one of these?
a local friend offered it to me pretty much free (along with a launchpad) if i buy his microkorg lol

Havent used it, but that is a good interface. Microkorg is also a good get.
I’ve got one boxed and unused. It’ll come in handy some day for sampling audio from a microphone and/or guitar pickup.
I have the scarlett 18i8 and have been using it for several years. I’ve had no issues with it until this past year when I am suddenly losing my audio connection randomly. I end up having to restart Cubase, flip the scarlett off and on and open Cubase again. I’ve spoken to Focusrite support about it and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. For now I am just dealing with it. That being said, I’ve tried MANY different interfaces and the Focusrite Scarlett is by far the best one that I have ever had. When this one finally dies I will buy another.
