Newbie here, working on getting my first modules together. Most of the DIY synth modules operate with +/- 5V audio signals. Are “conditioning” modules required to take this voltage down to the 100s of millivolt line-level range used by other audio equipment like mixers and effects pedals? Should this be an op-amp circuit with a fractional gain, or is something like just a resistor divider enough? Thanks!
