My build progress

I’ve gone about as far as I can on the LFOs, Splashback, and Fartbox. Just waiting on some caps and it’s go time.

I also started in on disassembling one of those old marshal belt amps to build into the base of my next case. Added better speakers and replaced the jacks. Will be rad to have some (admittedly mediocre) speakers, distortion, and headphone jack. When it’s all said and done it might look roughly like this:

I hope this threads correctly. The image I posted is slowly being made into a box. Here is is an image from KiCad showing the panel layout and the stripboard layout. When the panel is printed at 1:1 it makes a nice drill guide.
Use glue stick to put the printout on the panel and then when you are through with punching it, it washes off with water.

Nice! I was wondering what it was doing leaning against those blanks in another photo.

Splashback and VCLFO are in! (I ran out of pots due to fart box reasons or I’d have a couple more LFOs done as well). I’m having a blast building these things.

Almost ready to start screwing the panels in.

Next up: put together a part order for some modules I want to make on strip board. Maybe more patch cables as well. I keep running out. I have a feeling that’s going to be a thing.

New Eurorack case!:

Eight balanced outs, 150 HP, 12U, angled rows.

Looking disturbingly close to full already, so I’ll probably be back to living the multi euro case lifestyle again soon.

Build up and get a step ladder or a bungee bouncer.
It’s looking so good. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful! I was thinking of something along similar lines but couldn’t figure out how to cut the sides like that without making a mess of it.
