My build lack of progress

I like Reaper’s licensing options depending on how you use it. Pay lots/a little/nothing. It makes both open source and commercial sense.

Just as i found a potential performance upgrade for any low voltage tube device that i really wanted to try…

I got hit by a car but managed not to fall. I did hit the car pretty hard with my hand and shoulder though.
Please watch out for motorcycles

I guess i won’t be soldering but i guess that gives my time to plan and also to actually use my synth

That must be from the nineteen seventies (or eighties), or is it?

I’d say mid to late '80s, earlier they used LEDs instead of LCDs…

I can’t tell you, not an expert by any means and i was born in 1994

I also just like it for the retro look

It’s a casio a168 with electro luminescent lcd. I believe they still make them this way.

The strap is metal but the clock is metalized plastic, not sure if that means anything but i noticed

Been waiting on Xmas so I could buy a new soldering station, plus all the bits to build this Noodle Toaster thingamajig. Might have to wait another month or so, as I just bought myself a pair of ice skates and am now skint.

I picked up a pair end of 2019. Got one season out of them before the pandemic shut down the ice rink and haven’t been game to get back to it since! Besides, all my time has been consumed by soldering, kind of the opposite of your predicament…

Cheers

All my builds are of salvaged components. I wanted to test some old 4558s and found a riaa circuit that (once again) took longer to build than expected, but it worked right away. One of the fancy boards i had lying around for ages will be my new prototype and testing setup. Bottom left is a 555 clock.

Try not to need the fire extinguisher

Ooh! A fire extinguisher module!!
Once had the joy of denying halon to a machine room where … they put it in anyway. I arrived shortly after their first test to find them sweeping up the destroyed ceiling tiles, blown out windows and a positive air pressure unit embedded in the drywall.

You’ll need to mount it next to the flamethrower module.

You’ll never forget your first Benchy.
If you study the shape there are a number of waveforms available in the shape.
All you need now is a wave shaper module with a hole you can push part of a Benchy into to determine the shape inserted.
As you were.
