Last year after entering lockdown I discovered LMNC and ended up making my synth, it’s finally done and I wanted to give my spin on it, on the philosophy of “don’t be scared to try”, as I’m a 3D artist, I made a sequencer using the software I use to make 3D simulations.

This is really cool. I’ve been learning Blender to make some automatic music videos for tracks, never thought about going the other way…

I don’t know if Blender is capable of exporting midi, but it opens a lot of possibilities. But tbh, I’ve made the sequencer more for the fun than functionality, I would stick with just making music videos, haha.
As a Houdini user, I would suggest trying using Houdini to make automated music videos, it can be quite powerful reading sound waves or even just midi input, to apply deformations on geometry and procedural animation.
