Silly question, but are those PCBs for sale someplace?
Heck Seven,
They havenât prostituted any place. How many would you like?

Iâd love one. Itâs a beautiful design with a great sound. How could I resist?
Heck Seven,
Iâll let you know when itâs up.

Youâre the best. Thank you.
My copy of that is still on my shelf, I can see it from here. I used to love playing that when I was a kid.
I graduated to D&D and Traveller after a while but itâs still fun to go back with my regular RPG group every once in a while and play. It makes a great break when we are doing heavy Sci-Fi stuff, although we havenât played for ages because we are in the middle of a 3 year (and counting) D&D 5e campaign.
Once we finish up on this one we are switching out to the new Expanse RPG (based on the TV show/book series) so I have been learning to speak Lang Belta to confuse the crap out of my players so itâll probably get some play every now and again during that.
Hey we need a new thread as I could talk figures and minis all day. An old producer friend of mine (known to my kids as Funcle Guy) quit his job as the face of arturia to follow his first love; warhammer 40k. His YouTube channel Midwinter Minis is doing very well.
They recently funded a new version. While i prefer the old art, the wife picked this up. I gotta say, it doesnt look half bad.
Oh HeroQuestâŠ
I have played it when young, but never owned my own copy.
The price for a used copy is just⊠err⊠astronomical ?
Thanks for that link, there were rumors for a long time⊠it has come
I started building my own, thatâs why I got a 3D printer.
Still not printed all minis (I have an Ender3, not a resin printer, you have to choose your minis for printability rather than look, unfortunatelyâŠ)
Hereâs a link to what Iâm building, from time to time a little bit of it (sorry just in french, but itâs great !) :
New rules for DM-less play, auto-generated dungeons (not random !), new monsters/heroes, close to a hundred (replayable) questsâŠ
Unfortunately that re-issue doesnât ship to Europe⊠(basically not outside North America)

It actually looks damn lovely. The new minis look very nice and itâs nice that itâs back in production. I would have bought one myself had it not been identical (in terms of game pieces and scenarios/expansions and compatibility) to the old ones.
If only they had gotten Games Workshop on board and done a new version of Advanced HeroQuest as well, I would have bought that like a shot. I left mine at home when I went to Uni and my little brother took it to his friends house to play and it was never seen again. Mind you, that was an entirely GW product, and you can technicaly buy the latest version in the form of Warhammer Quest much more easily (not sure if itâs actually in print though)
Excellent idea! Ahem.
That guy is hilarious âive been replacing all my furniture with HeroQuest Furniture⊠Oh no! Mormons!â
ill have to dig out the HQ stuff i got off my brother a while back =D
A big bag of tayda come at me! Hopefully it means I can finish some modules this weekend rather than watching hand egg ball.
These guys showed up today and yesâŠit is funny that I of all people have breadboarding tools. No need to point out the irony, I fully get it.
Hey, you gotta catch them all!
breadboard adapter is the only one I have not purchased.
Are those grey pins in the middle or screws for the heatsinks?
PS. Love the rat!
