nice a full sized keybed . the only draw back to the Arturia keystep

I was looking at the keystep pro but having a full-sized keybed is a big factor for me. I have an 88 key MIDI controller with full-sized weighted keys that I use all of the time so while I plan to replace that controller with this one (space is limited) I needed something that at least wasn’t SO different feel-wise to what I’m used to.

First my power supply got deported, now I found out that the post office just gave my LMNC modules to somebody else! laksjdflaskdjflsdlakfjalsdkjf

Indeed, Tony worked at Moog.

Well put. Thanks, 2020.

Here’s looking hopefully to New Year when the simulation ends.

Can’t find the actual final scene, which is hilarious. This clip will have to do.

Only 18 days after ordering, via AliExpress Standard shipping, one 3 m long BNC cable

which soon disappeared, to be replaced by two 1.5 m long phone to BNC cables

parts for the mega drone when it gets here and a couple new euro rack toys . wanted the morphagene for so long . been working a lot of hours so I asked the wife if she would mind me making a bigger purchase , she said I was going to do what I wanted anyway [ not sure it was a good thing she put it that way ] but I took it as a yes of course . to bad I have no time to play for a couple weeks yet .

Easy there laddie. We don’t want to host a divorced thread.
That said, nice haul

Received this passive multiple kit from Modular in a Week:

The kit is dirt cheap and the module gets the job done.

Nice! I definitely have my eye on the Morphagene. The CalTrans is really powerful, but I have a sneaking suspicion it may have been what killed my VCO regulators before I switched out R42, so be sure to do that first. Or not, it would be nice to have confirmation

wasn’t planning on using it with Sam’s vco’s as they have a good visual tuner up front . I had in mind to use it with my MFOS vco’s , plus after reading up on the " manual " it seems like it could have many uses besides tunning vcos . yeah I had to have the Morphagene from the first demo I saw .

Nice knobs for eurorack. Too small for Kosmo…

Some pedalpcbs for me to play with. I suspect these will definitely need and input and output stage added (stomp box adapter).
The one you see on top there is a spin fv-1 based octogon with 8 selectable reverbs.

Fuck it, I bought an angle grinder. DIY metal panels incoming. Or, alternately, fingers outgoing.

yeah its here . I have had the parts for a week now and it sounds like I will have weekends off again soon . time to start catching up on all the stuff that needs to be built or tweaked , so I can finally make some noise .

Don’t bother freehand. Use a wooden guide.
For fader slots I secure the grinder in a vice and offer up the plate on a board.

4 pack of AS3340s today (and a new set of vernier calipers hiding just underneath the paper)

I just realized today that i bought 10 AS3340 VCOs, and 10 AS3360 VCAs way back.

Welp, looks like i might as well get started building.

Same here. I bought a heap of stuff from Electric Druid and then real life asserted itself and they’re all in that box over there maybe.

On paper I’ve got more synth gear than a mid-seventies prog rock band.
