KiCAD Question: Forcing Ellipses

KiCAD Vets and such -
HOW DO@!>!>!>!<#@@>>!~???

I have friggin tried everything that I can think of…
I created a dxf and brought it it, and it could not see the dxf.
I created an ellipse in Inkscape and brought it up in the bitmap converter, then went into the txt file and changed all layers to Edge.Cuts and it will bring it into KiCad as edgecuts but when rendering, it “cannot define edge cut layers”.

So… how should I go about this?
Should I try what Peter B. did and add mousebites around the ellipse?
How do I add mousebites in KiCAD. lol

When you say rendering, you are speaking of the 3D viewer or of the Gerber plotter?
If I understood correctly, you can’t render ellipse with the 3D viewer in Kicad (but it will generate correct Gerbers).

just the 3D Viewer - and hmmmmm - ill try to plot it and see what happens lol

lmao - it worked - for some reason it wont show up properly in tracespace but the gerber shows up fine when upping it to JLCPCB.
