The Philips kit was the one with the spring connections, right? My fingers always wearied from the pain. Electronics shouldn’t be that hard

Yesterday: Snapped a diode in half, soldered in a transistor the wrong way round, realized I ordered the wrong capacitors but installed them anyway, then burned myself with a soldering iron, then ran over my pile of ICs with my chair while I was recoiling in pain. Cool cool cool.
