Where to buy veroboard with many stripes?

Hi guys,

I see that in the Look mum no computer VCO stripboard layout, a stripboard is used that has many stripes (as in, more than 24), but I can’t seem to find such boards anywhere. I currently have a couple of these:

veroboard

I think its much more convenient to have many stripes since it allows you to mount pots on the side and then each of these will have their own dedicated stripes. This makes them easier to connect than having to interrupt one big strip many times and having to make odd solder connections to the next one.

Fast delivery to holland would be a big plus.

Thanks a lot!

The strips are 2.54 mm wide, so you want something that’s wider than 2.54×24 = 60 mm (plus some margin) across the strips. Tayda’s “big stripboard” is 110 mm, so gives you ~40 strips:

(they ship with DHL, so should be quick)

No idea about local suppliers, but Conrad seems to have a few options:

(that page has both stripboards and protoboards, make sure you order the right one)

Aah I did look at reichelt. How did I miss those.

Thank you all very much

I looked a Reichelt too, but only found proto boards. For future reference, the correct approach seems to be to make sure the site language is set to English and then search for “prototyping strips”.

It is uk! (probablly not useful post brexit) but here’s where I get the ones I use, I sorta bite the bullet and buy 10 every 6 months or so and snap them down to sizes till I run out. its not cheap. but they are big! and wide.
