hello, i am working on my first synth case / power supply. and i have some trouble finding a eu wallwart. i find a lot of uk and us wallarts. but i won’t find any eu, does anyone have any recommendations?

thanks! shipping is a bit expensive it costs 20 euros to the Netherlands, I may have found another one in Germany

I did some tests on 15V wall warts and they were surprisingly not that noisy (30mv @30kHz) and they were well regulated. Switching regulators must have some ripple to work correctly. The idea behind using +/-15V is to use linear regulators to bring the +/-15V to +/-12V. Power supply noise can easily get into the signal path and linear regulators reduce noise a lot. The linear regulators also provide some over current protection that the wall wart may not have. Decoupling capacitors are your friends.
