I, the Anti-Dud, have been procrastinating a lot lately, and I finally realized it wasn’t that I didn’t feel like working on anything, I didn’t feel like working on the particular thing I’d been working on. So I put it aside and threw together @CTorp’s K25 LFO on a breadboard.

Nice, doin some mods?

Btw, that LFO is based on this one modified for Kosmo and board mounted interface:

I know better than to test at this time of night. I’d probably forget to install the op amp.

God no. That would require another PCB, another op amp, a JFET, no no no. I’m keeping this one simple.

Made and painted my first case! Can’t wait to fill this bad boy with (most likely) poorly made DIY modules! lol I can’t wait!

Superb case. Is there a finish on that cool paint job?

Thank you so much! And yes! there is 2 coats of clear coat on there so it should be all good. Still need to add rubber feet and handles but ya! I don’t want to give the impression I’m in any way an artist though, this was just very good luck with 2 cans of spray paint.

I’d take a look at flight case corners or bases and cups as feet. Especially if your next case (and many find that comes sooner than planned) will be of similar dimensions. Flight case handles too. They are true overkill but amplifier handles rely on the rigidity of the cab case and hurt when you’re stacking.

Thats a fantastic idea! I think I’ll look at those as well/instead, the case won’t be going on the road or anything, so I dont know how overkill I want to go but the corners are a definite addition, thanks!
