I should compose and practice a live set of some chiptune/ambient/industrial/noise. Seems that I have the equipment for it, I just need to learn how to use them and how to perform with ready-made sequences etc.
Absolutely! I am also practicing live performance currently because so many people ask if I could do some live stuff… it’s very time-consuming though I started defining a system for the cable colour usage, that already gives a much better overview where things are connected, until I memorise them
Some more random patching using the Barton 1 Song. @twinturbo this one goes out to you fine sir. I hope this inspires you. Believe me I have times when I don’t use the synth for a while because of my zero musical talent. Then I patch some random sh!t and the mojo comes back.
Jaradical,
This is genius.

An hour long recording of my modular. No external filtering.
Hello, i seize the opportunity
This is 3 to 6 years old but that all I have to share…
Almost everything is “onetek” all made with a ehx 4 track looper in one (sometime two) take(s) synths are modular (mostly serge) or arturia minibrute. Rythm are from a bent alesis hr16. No computer, no mixing, no treatment.

By the way… is there an alesis pro around here?
Hey all! My second Twitch live jam is now on YouTube, still a bit chaotic and repetitive, but hey, I am learning
I am doing a one-hour live stream on each Sunday (midnight, 0:00 CEST). A mix of live jam and electronics builds - related to modular synths. If you want to follow along, I am happy to host you: Twitch Channel (tamasgal)
Here is the recording:
That’s really cool this type of video. It does bring some live performance feeling into the music.
How do you sync the sound from the video and the audio recording ? I have ever only done it once and I ended doing manually which was farily challening…
I am using OBS (https://obsproject.com) where you can configure all kinds of audio and video devices. The main video was coming from my iPhone (SE 2021) without any sound, the FaceTime camera of my MacBook was the second video input, the MacBook microphone the voice audio input and the synth was connected to a cheap Behringer Xenyx 802S mixer (Behringer Xenyx 802S – Musikhaus Thomann) with USB audio interface (the second audio input for OBS). This setup works very nicely. I can monitor the main output sound via the headphones connected to the Behringer mixer. Everything is in sync
I finally finished the cover of Safety on Soundtracker. This tracker is great for the ZX spectrum, but was a pain in the butt to use! I had to plan this out on paper first.
You can find the Tracker and more info about it here:

Working on getting this in a format for the real deal, but if folks want to load up the save state i have it loaded here:

New drone album. The pteranodon experience, All and a slow dance for new Farringdon were all made on my incomplete kosmo synth
New Farringdon has some squelch from the 3x splashback
I’ll probably do videos for a couple of tracks but at the moment it’s just bandcamp
This is epic, what an undertaking
Can I still listen if I have not been inoculated against sharp teeth?
Just dropped a new single called Whitehat on all platforms.
Spotify: Spotify
Youtube: Whitehat (Extended Version) - YouTube
Apple: Whitehat (Extended Version) - Single by Chent on Apple Music
Tidal: Whitehat (Extended Version) by Chent on TIDAL
Bandcamp: Whitehat | Chent
I’d check with your physician just in case
My third live stream is coming in an hour, if you are interested, chime in for a chat and some random noise and don’t expect high quality stuff
I put a video together for one of my kosmo tracks
3 VCOs, 3 x splashback, VCLFO and some editing in logic pro
Nice where is the footage from?
It’s a BBC program called commuters I think
