So all of a sudden you are swamped with oscilloscopes?! Nice!
Oh great, I thought this was a YAFO post
Just kidding, you can never have too much measuring equipment. I wonder whether GAS is something that electronics engineers suffer from as well.
P.s. YAFO = yet another free oscilloscope
I am in a FB group called vintage test equipment… yes… GAS very much so for those gents too. lol
Some of the pics in that group… some of the hauls… man…
Now all you need is a BOM, but problably the panels are neatly organised and all components are written down (I really love the way Sam does the lay-out, super build friendly)
I Nice Haul, is that just general stock or all allocated to BOMs
There are a couple of mysteries, will wait on the official list as there was a lot of experimentation involved.
I won’t be using Alpha Pots, same as Sam went for cheap ones.
some allocated… most… lol
Liquid Foam.
a bunch of ciat-lonbarde pcb’s are on the way.
err… i thinks thats it…
I still have a dual Novadrone that i need to build but the BOM for that fucker is like 90 bucks.
AMS1117 are not buck converters (switching regulators), they are linear regulators, less noisy, less efficient.
I was misled by some guff on an eBay listing. I did look at the data sheet, though, it’s what the term “buck convertor” means that I was hazy on.
I’ve got these gadgets and I could also use S9V11F3S5C3 from the +12V rail. I really want to use the +5V on the Mean Well RT-65B, however, because it’s got a full 5 ampères behind it.
I keep being tempted by that, not sure how much I’d really use it though.
Have you been taking brainwashing lessons or something?
lmao.
Idk… im an introvert who is extremely approachable i guess… lol
cool . your going to need extra space if this keeps up .
