@bitnik The S-50 aka “poor man’s Emulator II” still works fine. I’ll keep it because of sentimental reasons and as a master keyboard. A gotek floppy emulator it’s on the way as well. Rather than buying lots of new stuff #GAS i want to get the most out of what i already have (which is a lot)

You know, I was on the verge of suggesting you buy a Gotek for the floppy slot. Great idea.

Wow, talk about memory lane. I used to have an S-220, which was for even poorer men apparently. This thing used 2.8" disks for storage and could hold a total of about 5 seconds of samples in RAM. The sample rate was pretty crappy too.

I’m slowly tooling up for the prototyping project.

This is a bunch of 6.35mm jacks and a strip of DIP TL074CN quad op amps, from Mouser UK.

A portable oscilloscope! figured Its not that smart trusting on 40 year old oscilloscopes the whole time! Not given it much of a go yet, its not terribly expensive at about £80 so no idea what it will be like.

and a couple of utility modules to test. a simple mini mixer (this is an older design from end of last year that I never did anything in but I remember the other week someone mentioning it so I did a bit of cleaning up) and a buffered multiple with bicolour status LED.

Regarding Utility is there anything people would like or want another and cant hack the strip board! let me know, the Offset/Boost/Attenuvert will be coming soon, aswell as a copy of the Powerglove sensor interface module. (I wanted to make another one for my other hand but figured I may aswell spend the time to make it into a project).

Some 19 x 30 and 14.5 x 23.5 Flying Saucer knobs!
These are the 2 sizes in between the ones that are offered on Tayda and are available on Lovemyswitches.

And then Amplified parts saved the day with 9mm vertical b100k’s since everyone else is out of them!
