You’ve got alot of wallspace. If you can put holes in, I have ideas.
Sorry not at the moment. Thought about printing another run but the rumor about Sam coming out with a spring reverb has me preoccupied.
@heckseven fyi you can find the reverb driver at GitHub - polykit/kosmo-spring-reverb-driver: Schematics and PCB layout for a spring reverb driver in Kosmo modular format
Today i got this Philips pm2422a multimeter. It does nothing a modern multimeter can’t do, but does it with nixie tubes ![]()
The only thing it does that my modern one can’t is measure ac from 30hz to 25khz.
As you can see i still need to do some zero adjustment and cleaning ![]()
cool retro .
here is my old nixie tube nostalgia a Hewlet Packard freq. counter I picked up at a garage sale years ago .
Man that Hewlett Packard stuff always looks so cool. I’m always amazed by the build quality.
I don’t see it very often around here but i live in Philips country ![]()
What turned up in the post today, it’s a capacitive battery spot welding machine, no more circuit breakers tripped out. Plus I can now weld in the Lab and not have to use a high current socket in the kitchen.
latches for module cases , can finely finish up my Kassutronics modules , some heavier gauge wire for the power supply hook up and another power supply because well they have to be in pairs duh.
it’s fine as long as it isn’t reunited with disks 1 and 3
Really missed not being on here, but had lots of stressful stuff going on. I must build my drone synth now I don’t have a screaming maniac next door any more! Does wonders for the concentration.
glad to hear you are getting your peace finely , happy building !
Thonk box day!
Not too exciting but there’s an AS3340 VCO and AS3360 dual VCA to start building some
modules once I decide what format I want.
Also some centre detent 9mm pots for a guitar pedal clone I’ve been working on with a friend in the USA.
Nobody can stop you ![]()
Somehow my designing got way ahead of my building, and I wanted to wait a bit before sending out another fab order (at least until after the credit card billing cycle!) so I ended up with an order for PCBs for five modules and panels for seven.
Should keep me off the streets for a while.
You seem to be designing at a tremendous rate. ![]()
The circuits at least are mostly not my designs, though few have escaped smaller or greater changes. Only one of these circuits is really something I created — and even that is adapted to a great degree from others’ designs.
The Analog Output label on the dual LFO should probably have been Kassutronics, or Kassu+T. Henry since I switched the Kassu sin shaper for Henry’s, otherwise didn’t change much.
So it’s mostly just the PCB layouts, and the panel designs which are so stereotyped at this point it hardly counts as work!
