Pasting the model number into Google and clicking around a bit brought me to a page with a lot of CZ information, and a photo of a COSMO SYNTHESIZER:
(the COSMO on that photo was built for Tomita, who appeared in this thread yesterday. Small world, great minds think alike, etc).
