Lesson learned, cables and scanners

Was going through some unused computer stuff, and happened upon a Epson scanner marked as 'not working". Plugged a new USB cable in, and it worked first time! How many of us have nearly thrown out gear, or ‘fixed’ broken things with only a new cable? Well, here’s what it first scanned, a forgotten negative from Duxford aircraft museum.
