less synth than Albator but all the background music of the episodes transports me to another era, and it was really well composed !!!
I didnt know brute did a ghost cover, holy smokes!
Also, a welcome surprise seeing Harlock and Captain future on here! <3
Never heard the original. Only knew the german soundtrack (by Chris Bruhn) which is pretty awesome. Very funky, check out the video at 2:30.
YouTube decided that I needed a bit of Norwegian/Swedish electropop to cheer me up, and they were right, as usual. Quoting Pitchforkâs review of Junior: âElsewhere, Robyn overdelivers, accounting not only for the best track on the album, but possibly of the year: Influenced in equal parts by Italo disco and âBlue Mondayâ, âThe Girl and the Robotâ is a frigid, winding bit of electro that combines a powerhouse vocal with some slippery chord changes and one of the biggest choruses of 2009 so far.â
And while Iâm posting Röyksopp, isnât the bass in Vision One among the best synth sounds ever? (it comes in just after 0:40, levels up a minute later):
Related: Japanese version, and a somewhat similar bass in Monument (The Inevitable End Version).
If you know how to dial this in, let me know
Listening to this now, and really enjoying it. Thanks for posting!
Kinda rare Album of Norio Hanzawa / Ichio Hanzawa. Composer of game OSTs âGunstar Herosâ, âAlien Soldierâ, and âMischief Makersâ. I swear, one of the few people to be able to make good use of the Yamaha FM chip in the Megadrive/Genesis.
Not everyoneâs tastes im sure, but im glad to have found this.

I love the Cruxshadows. I met them at an airport once!
âŠyou may like this as well then.
People always requested the a-side (push)
ok, strong german accent and the synth leads are cheesy, but it made them dance.
we are stuck in the 80ies again
