Got the circuit boards and electric druid chip in the post, very cool thanks.
Looking at the bill of materials,
RV1-9 and RV8 have links to thonk.co.uk but when I look there, can’t find the RK09K nor Bourns 3296

Got the datasheets on them? I’m hoping suntan do some compatible clones.

Not that easy to get hold of but good.

For pots I only want Thonk which should be rolling shipping out to here eventually.

I sourced mine from jameco. They are based in Belmont, CA USA.

Not my go-to for cheap, but not bad for random bits n bobs i cant find like tri-state 64-bit RAM chips.

Those aren’t panel mount, though.

Can you clarify? the link i shared was for a vertical pcb mounted 9mm pot.

It doesn’t have a panel nut:

They will be okish on all kits so far with the exception of the ADSR which would only have the two switches for mechanical mounting left.

Get some stand-offs and put screws through the front of the panel. I’ve always in the back of my mind thought that was probably better for the quality/durability, but others might know better than my instinct does.
Ah thanks! Now I have a lot of pots without the nut. Prolly fine.

They’ll work fine. I spotted this because when I was ordering parts for my first build, the filter, I ordered this kind initially

How mush of a problem is the stability? I was just going to hot glue if it wobbled.

It really depends on the size of the board and what other hardware is attached. It worked OK on the performance filter, but I have since switched them out.
