Hi guys.
I would like to share something i’ll be very proud of. Besides building modules for my modular synth system, i also find it very interessting building guitar pedals. Normally i would use metal hammond cases for this, but i wanted to do something different. Desktop pedals but with a modular twist. Here’s one of my projects i just finished.

Also the website with all BiG Muff versions and schematics
Since i’ve building it as a modular system, i can swap out resistors, transistors, capacitors, diodes or led’s for different sounds. I also added a mid tone knob, switchable via jumpers and a gate trimmer. Big Muff pedals tend to be very noisy and with the gate mod, you can eliminate this a little. A chart or roadmap with all changeable components and where to place them is something im working on.
Audio examples still to be created and uploaded soon…
