3D Printed Modular, Kosmo Modular case?

Has anyone tried this?

Basically a 3D printed Kosmo case? that can be bolted together in sections. you would need a selectrion of widths i guess.

my only thought is that screwing into the PLA ( or whatever ) is not going to be good for it… perhaps if accurate enough a pilot hole for a tapping would work out?

maybe mold areas [ bosses ] that you could drill to hold something like this .

Or just use bolt and nut instead of screws…

Print a ‘track’ for your bolt heads to seat into and slide

Rails… Why did that not spring to mind! And why did I not think of looking on thingy…
