2399 triple splashback delay

as for the other LED’s they should be very active! as they are directly connected to the chip itself so signal its inner being

Thanks Sam, yeah I love this thing, it’s crazy. It works just fine, just didn’t want to miss anything. I still have 10 chips and was going to make a few more but maybe you have something coming that I will need them for?!?!?!

yeah expect the Novemberish module to be a delay that may need a few more of them chips haha. working on it currently. :). this month got a big booster attenuverting thingy and a new filter. then a VCDO and the bouncy ball envelope then BIG MUMMA OF BIG MUMMAS delay hopefully.

its got cv over resonance, a boost circuit to help it get all clippy or just overall louder if need be but not the diode clipping and with a built in VCA 10cm wide so its half the width of the performance filter, was building it on a couple of builders livestreams the other week; if all goes to plan the two below will be up in about 3 weeks.

I am getting a backlog of boards again… But won’t stop me being at the head of the queue.

Oh well hello there.

I thought the #1222 Performance VCO was 10cm wide. Do you mean this filter is 5cm? Or did I misread?

Looks like the modules above are 5cm and 10cm wide respectively.

oops I meant performance filter editing the post now!

I have to say, I love the more organized panels a lot

Sam,

It looks like a new filter is going to get my vintage fancy knobs! I can’t wait to order boards and materials to get started.

Long time listener first time caller here.

So if one was inclined to add CV control over the mix of the three different PT-chips would that be hard (recuiring VCA’s) or as simple as hooking up a pot as a voltage devider and a jack?

I’m no beginner but all the labeling in the scheamtic is confusing me as hell (sorry Sam).

I think I understand the circuit needs something more to get CV controll over the mix of the three pt2399 after staring at the schematics for quite some time. Either a vactrol or a VCA of some sort.

hey Jonas! it would be reasonably easy with this, however a bit of a pain! I have a new delay coming in a couple of months that will do that but on a larger scale! using VCA’s

Hey Sam.

I like pain (that sounds wierd) and I’m doing a remodded version of this in a much bigger project (the worlds first “Brutalist” ambient synth), It is basically a reverb in a reverb (remeber I’m sitting in a room?) and the third reverb brick goes into a modded version of your circuit. There’s also a pre amp, a spring reverb, 2 lofo’s and a filterbank (I forgot to mention), and the manual is a manifest of sorts. Wierd? Well it might just be.

Prototypre PCB is in the hands of the chineese as we speak but found out I have some more room (then the one I’m currently sitting in) to keep on modding your circuit. CV control over the three different mixing parameters is a start. And perhaps also a “MASTER” CV input doing all three mixers and time all in one.

Please help you are my only hope (not really)

Can’t wait for your new delay though, sounds awesome.
