I always find it confusing to look at jack pinouts trying to figure out if they’re seen from top or bottom etc., but a photo maybe is clearer:
The sleeve pin should connect to the PCB ground (which you can identify by continuity test with a multimeter if it’s not labeled or otherwise obvious).
