Sub £$20 multi meter

I need another MM for my other workshop as my 28+ year old Maplin “TestLab” one has given in finaly (it was second hand when I bought it circa 1992 yikes.)

Anyone got experience with a Sub £20 bracket. T28B and VC837 were cheap but I saw a review on the T28b that was not inspiring…

I have an older Vichy unit (probably cost £8 ) that does the job just about, but is not a patch on my old Fluke in terms of speed (and probably accuracy).

I could just take the Old Vichy to the workshop. But with a 16 Year old moving stuff faster than I can find it, it’s good to have a backup at home!

Any STARS you folke have found?
