I don’t remember (2013), maybe $50 copay, maybe more like a couple hundred on my insurance. If uninsured of course it would be very much higher.

It’s sad that such powerful technology becomes so valuelessly obsolete. I saw les miserables in the west end in the mid 2000’s and that was the desk the were using…

But you can do it with QLCPLus for free, with some Streaming ACN nodes tfhat cost virtualy nothing…

Sure you can go out, and probably should ( as a fixed or touring theatre ) spend thousands on something from the likes of Avolites for the surity of operation…

I used to run shows on a 24ch 2 sceen Strand analog desk, where the only preset was a sheet of A4 and a bunch of insulation tape as markers. And fixed colour fixtures.

These guys these days don’t know how hard it can be.

no we have special containers for electronic trash picked up by recycling companies who charge for it of course. Taking stuff out of it is considered stealing but saves company money on the other hand :wink:
