I think the guy is called " dan a " , not sure if he is still active .
You also have to balance the input and inverting gain stage so that you get to the maximum folding peaks before clipping. Inserting trimmers before deciding your final values is a must. On my latest Wavefolder pcb I pretty much used sockets everywhere to optimise the circuit.
@AdamskiA - is this you? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t4WyWSaydiE
So weird, I just read this thread, then googled for “Simple Triangle LFO” and your video was the first result! Small world.
If it is I’ve been subscribed from the first days of his amazing synth project.
If not? Tough act to follow mate. Welcome
Welcome here AdamskiA, your youtube channel is great !
Welcome here @AdamskiA, i watch your chanel from a long time too !
Yes it is me AdamskiA from youtube hello there .
Excellent I hope you have learned at least something from my channel. I dont have all the electronic engineery answers. I just trying an understand what I want by ear.
Thanks guy . The welcome very well received:-)
Good to know Dud :-). Hope it has been useful
Wow! Loved every minute from whiteboard to breadboard to PCB. Great stuff. Glad you’re here.
Welcome man, love what you’ve been up to.
I ended up with a circuit described here: Fold-O-Matic. Note that I’ve changed the circuit a few times before getting to this.
We have a thread for things like that:
Would you happen to have a link to the latest version of the schematic of your approach to wave folding?
Thank you Farabide
To be honest there isn’t really much change just value changes to resistors from npn pnp emitters. Its one of those things where what works for me not necessarily work for you.
Im super happy that thread keeps coming up.
Frosties Module
I see some themed [ star wars , terminator , etc. ] modules in the near future.
