My build progress

Finished my twin t drums. These things are amazing. I ended up doing kind of a mashup of Sam’s original strip board layout and the Kosmo module. I also filled out both of my racks! Time to build a new one.

Once the VCF finally worked, I hit a stride and put a few more together, including @Caustic 's 3340 VCO which was singing on the first try. Haven’t tried tuning it yet, and used a regular pot since I don’t have any single turn trimpots.

Also got the AD/AR and a simple passive vactrol VCA. The modules work pretty well on their own, but the VCA is weird and doesn’t work sometimes. The Electric Druid 13700 VCA is next on the list tho so I’ll survive!

also I didn’t buy any of those little shrouded headers with the teeth so I have a “flying stripboard bus” protected by the first draft of the VCO panel (3d printed):ok_hand:

I dig the style! Nice use of 3D printing. I gotta get mine set back up, I want to start printing my own knobs.

Nice color scheme! Furthermore I like the fact that all panels are cut with a laser and pieced together like a jig saw puzzle!

Another cool color scheme!

It’s a disease. I keep finding more and more things I want to build and I have a couple friends encouraging me, too. There’s also an enormous sense of satisfaction when you make something new and you get some cool sounds out of.

Looks like a ladder, right? Going for the patent busting diode configuration or planning on biasing the bases?

I was gonna start with @sebastian /kassu/yusynth design and play around. I’ve actually not built a filter from scratch so I need to do some tinkering

Oh man, haven’t popped over here in a while - had over 200 new posts here to scroll through! Everyones builds are looking great and making me very jealous!

Been crazy busy for the past couple months and haven’t had much time for progress. Plus, I have parts shortage problems. I think I have five builds on the desk, mostly just waiting on pots… I’ve been waiting for months for somewhere in north america to have the pots I need in stock to avoid big import fees on a small order from Tayda, but after so long waiting I think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and do it or wait forever.

Most recent completed build was in late November, I did a NLC dual LFO build. Really enjoy playing with this thing - nice to have an actual LFO finally. And I also started a Kassutronics Slope, but that one I need some additional stuff as well as pots. Need to do inventory and figure stuff out. Currently in transit is a pcb/panel for the manhattan analog 4X4X4 mult . Suuuuuper excited about that, I just have one passive and one active mult and am always wishing I had more. The disappointing bit though is that what I was really ordering was an AI Synthesis stomp box adapter kit, then added the mult and some cables on to pad out the order…by the time my order shipped the AI kit went out of stock, so now I’m waiting on what I actually was ordering. Damn. Oh well. Recently I was given a couple 80s reverb units and I’ve been using a delay a bit, but it’s frustrating to only be able to have them at end of chain. Looking forward to being able to insert them in at specific spots instead.

Hi everyone.
I’ve been working those past weeks on this MultiFx pedal.
It’s basically a SL-20 from Boss + some special Fxs I needed for my live setup. I was tired to use to many pedals so I created this one containing 3 pedals in one.
I wrote the firmware in C++ and it is based on a Electrosmith daisy chip (I love those …)
This is hardcoded, so, it’s not possible to create patches or save presets … but will see in the future …
I can run some synths inside, create crazy glitchy Fxs, sync everything in MIDI …
