Case 2 (2 rows of Kosmo) and case 3 (Kosmo and 1U) are half way ready!
Just got to mark up where my rails go and sand down a couple new rails to give an angled profile on Case 1.
Then finally, I can get to the fun bit… PAINTIIIIIIING!
Im really getting into the process of case making. Even if my back has been constantly screaming at me all day XD
Im really effin proud of my work today.
Time to rest before dinner, then potentially back to it =)
Rails are all glued up and screwed in on case 2 and 3, only messed up once (misaligned the rail making 1U 55mm and kosmo 190mm) but swiftly fixed n filled it. So we’ll keep that our little secret =)
Case 1 rails still need some love. Bloody pesky angled rails.

I dont even have enough modules to fill a case yet haha. Did I mention im excited yet?

Hey! Sooo… My Synths have been painted for a while and havent really updated my thread here. (Though I may have updated a while back in the ‘My Build Progress’ Thread)
NeonKosmo is 3 Cases strong in full neon glory and Case 1 has actually made some noises for the first time recently!!

Shortly after this I worked on cutting and fitting in the Back panels to stop wandering fingers from poking the innards, but I dont have a picture of that process…
Then its been onto Installing modules into Case1 and I seem to have run out of steam for creating my own panels.
(Since the 3D printer is being a bit of a Butt-Munch, im sure ill tune it up eventually)
Though, I do have some half finished ones I can be doing I suppose XD

Next up on my build list is Sams 8Step Sequencer and OtemRelliks Drum module (Teensy 3.2 based) Got all the parts, just not the smarts… yet

Im finally at that point, Moving onto case 2!
Got some inspiration to make the 8step (with Analog Outputs mods). Made some mistakes (as seen in ‘litany of dumbassery’
Fixed it up and fitted the components for now, onto soldering when I can.
Going to focus on drum modules in this one while filling up the Euro rows in case 1.
A new milestone has been achieved! Case 1 has made a lil ditty!!
fixed up the VCA so had to test it out a bit by making an odd psy style melody, couldnt rest with it not having a little drum loop going so i dug out the TR-505 and ran it from BSP midi into the mix.
Its not much and the audio is crap but… i was so damn happy to have something finally playable! its only taken… 2 years and 3month XD haha!
Next up is fixing more of my 3D printed things, and put off re doing the OtemRellik Drum Module for a bit.
I think ill start with the VCO to beef up my melody, or the LPF to add a bit more texture.
