Boss Encoder unKnobtanium?

Has anyone ever seen a boss-style knob without an indicator? Preferably in the 30-35mm range. I’d like to keep my encoder knobs consistent with the regular knobs in the rest of my rack, but so far I haven’t found the right candidate.

Have you any details, switched or not, how many pulses per revolution. You want smooth rather than indented, what is the shaft type D or flower?

I don’t need the encoder, i need the knob. The encoders I have are D-shaft although I’d be willing to drill and adapt the wrong type if I had to. Set-screw is always preferred.

Ah ok, do you have a picture of the knob you want?

You could use an absolute encoder. You would have to change the code and circuit a bit though. The indicator would then be relevant.

or

You could also simply paint/sharpie the indicator line black.

I’ve got these 4 types of encoder knobs, first is about 20mm and is flower fitting.

The next 3 are D shaft, 12mm, 15mm and 15mm

This is what they call a “Boss-Style” knob:

I simply can’t find one without an indicator. I could monkey something together, or just sharpie out the indicator, but since the whole point is aesthetics I don’t think I’d do that.

I’d just hoped that since they’re commonly-used that one might already exist somewhere.

Really that looks Moog like rather than boss style. But like you say, never seen one without an indication.
