By far the BEST I’ve seen in my DIY career so far! If he packs the thing in a decent case with a good keyboard, then the competition can dress warmly!

Unfortunately, it looks like he won’t publish the blueprints and code. I can understand that he has been working on the project since 2019. And as I said above, this could be a really good synth.
