That’ll let through maybe 8 µA? That’s still a lot of electrons (4.993×10¹³ per second, to be somewhat precise ), so will probably generate at least a little light, but maybe not enough to be visible outside a dark room. I would recommend adding a simple opamp buffer to prevent the inherently non-linear LED circuitry from interfering with the CV voltages.
