MXR Phase 90 Guitar Pedal > Eurorack / Kosmo Module?

Can someone please tell me / show me what I would need to do on the schematic in order to make this MXR Phase 90 guitar pedal into a Eurorack/Kosmo module? Here’s the schematic:

Add after input jack:
schem_cgs60_sba_in

Add before output jack:
schem_cgs60_sba_out
(Power can be ±12 V)

Replace battery with 9 V regulator, e.g. LM78L09:

Note ICs in the pedal circuit are powered with +9 V and ground, not ±12 V. But TL071 in added circuit is powered with ±12 V.

I have 2 of the A.I. synthsesis diy pedal adapters they were pretty cheap [ $10 u.s. for pcb’s ]
that way you wouldn’t have to bugger the pedal up and you could plug and play any pedal . sadly they look like not in stock .

The AI Synthesis module is pretty much the same as Ken Stone’s module, which is where the schematics I included came from. I took @popflier’s post to mean they wanted to build a module using the pedal schematic. Indeed if instead they had an existing pedal and wanted to use it, the stomp box adapter module would be a better way to go.

They’re in stock direct from AI Synthesis, it appears:

Thank you! Yes, @analogoutput , you are correct. I was looking to modify the MXR schematic in order to create a module. While I do have several pedals I am not wanting to connect them to my modular. I would like a separate phase effect module. I might have a couple follow-up questions once I start modifying the schematic in a couple of weeks, if that’s okay.
