Midimuso on -12V

Actually I have just added a step up board to 15v DC meaning I have plenty of head room to set the 10.6v DC required. Also with this board the 15v DC is fixed no matter what the input voltage is in. So I can run the CV-12 on a 12v DC adapter or from a rail at around 11.5v DC and still get 15v DC to the CV-12 board. This means that the internal adjustment to 10.6v DC is stable no matter how it is powered. You can use something like this… Dual Output Variable PSU DC-DC 20W Positive Negative Step Up Down Boost Buck UK | eBay - called a ‘Dual Output Variable PSU DC-DC 20W Positive Negative Step Up Down Boost Buck’

That looks like a good workaround, although the CV-12 is already pretty big for Eurorack size and that will just make it bigger. I’m guessing that step up transformer draws a load of extra current from the +12V rail as well?
