Help Please With My Case Power! Using Meanwells getting +/- 24 on rails? huh?

Disconnect it all at the buss bar and measure the tails.

Are you sure you have not crossed a cable over by accident

Again, those connections on the bottom screw terminals are superfluous. I don’t see how they could be causing this puzzle (I don’t see how ANYTHING could be) but they’re a complication you can get rid of.

When you compare the two bus boards are they using the same two Mean Well supplies and connecting wires or different ones? If the latter try swapping the boards to the other supplies and wires.

Checking my bus board I find the one that’s not a tantalum cap is the one that connects to the +5 V rail which you aren’t using. So that’s a difference that should make no difference.

I just now again disconnected the new bus board that I made and installed last night and again wired up the one that was causing me issues. Now I’m getting correct values of +/-12V instead of the +/-24V I was getting last night. I didn’t change anything and I’m measuring the same exact way that I did last night so I don’t understand why it’s reading different now but it is.

Anyway, thanks to everyone for taking a look and thanks for the input on the install. I’ll make the necessary adjustments.
