Quoting Matthew Skala (who was talking about using a different transformer, Triad SP-66, for a ring modulator, but the general idea ought to apply):
Substituting transformers with somewhat different impedance should be fine if it’s at least a few kΩ. If you can find 15kΩ or 20kΩ that may actually be better than 10kΩ.
But the TY-145P’s impedance is only 600 Ω (versus 10k for the TY-141P). So I would say, no, the 145P would not be suitable.
Of course if you already have a couple you could try them out anyway, but I wouldn’t buy them for this.
