Hey I recently got myself a edirol pcr-30 keyboard used, and upon using it found it had a lot of dead keys. For the past few days I was constantly soldering and resoldering joints, replacing diodes, scrubbing contacts and solder joints with isopropyl alcohol, and checking continuity and resistance and still have no luck in fixing. I’m not sure what the problem with it is since the controls work fine, it’s just the keys. I will include pictures, but so far it feels I’m making ti worse, can anyone help?
Have you removed and gently washed the rubber contact pads?
HAve you tried moving a set of working pads to the keys with issues?
