Il est possible de récupérer du +12v /-12v / +5v …

Probably, but if you use it on commercial gear you’ll usually void the warranty. Just be careful!

I doubt it. A computer’s CPU is going to be more sensitive to fluctuations than a human ear. Again just be real careful. Use a multimeter and keep an eye on how many amps you’re drawing.

Some of those power supply require a pretty high minimum load to work properly. They are designed to provide a lot of power at 5V and +12V but very little at -12V.
So it will probably be quite inefficient for modular synth use.

Good point, but my MicroZeus specs at only 500ma to the full -12v 1amp on the unit in the picture. I guess the only thing for it is to try it.

Edit: but the energy inefficiency concern remains.
