Battery powered Teensy synth

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a Teensy 3.2 synth, which is basically all ready to go.

I’m planning on building in an arduino powered midi controller and some small, usb powered speakers.

I’d like to run this on a battery, so I can just mess with it around the house.

I was thinking about using one of the guitar pedal board power supply batteries, like the Harley Benton PowePlant Powerbank, and then using separate 9v outs into a linear regulator to supply the Teensy/Arduino. There’s also USB power for the speakers.

The battery is 10,000mAH and can output 1.2A combined via the 9v outs.

I’m assuming this should be relatively straightforward, but wondered whether anyone else had tried similar and had any advice or warnings/suggstions?
