never wired up a big rotary like this
ive done a little crimping so should be good to put it together but what goes where!?
see some numbers that look backwards lloks like 1v 2v 3v 4v
but one of them is empty and im not sure where the ground would go, peg A in the middle of the rotary?
other guys have the same problem, i think you can find your solution in this topic 
edit : but i think 6 go to center pin,
“normal signal” with no octave down in pin 1 (GND)
1 oct down = pin 2 (1V)
2 octave down = pin 3 (2V)
3 octave down = pin 4 (3V)
4 octave down = pin 5 (4V ref)
on the rotary : A center, and after pin 1,2,3,4,5
but i haven’t buit this, maybe wait for confirmation of other guys …

Pin 6 connects to A in the center of the switch
