Hagiwo $9 DCO with MIDI & Glide

I’ve been tinkering with the RP2040 based Hagiwo $9 VCO, it was originally controlled by switches, a push button and CV inputs.

I moved it to a waveshare Zero RP2040 to get more pins to add control of the wave selection via shift registers and that was successful in my programmable dual DCO synth.

But recently I was thinking it might be suitable as the noise core for a polysynth, but rather than use shift registers, CV input for pitch and a seperate glide circuit I thought why not control these over MIDI. So I added a MIDI input and controlled the pitch with the note number and set to work adding glide. It took a few days and the onset of flu to eventually get it working, about 0-10 seconds of glide, it would be good if the response was log rather than lin, but I can look into that.

So all switches are now controlled over MIDI as CC messages
