i want some synths that sound like test equipment, or is just hose sine oscillator test equipments stuff. where do i find one?

Not really sure where to find such, but I suppose your post may have been inspired by Hainbach’s nuclear test equipment used as a modular synthesizer…
Or maybe you could try experimenting with Anabrid’s THAT (The Analog Thing, iirc), which is mostly meant to be used in science and education, so falls close to test equipment category:
Maybe look out for ham radio events (amateur radio) events?
Sometimes you see old test equipment for sale, sometimes it might still work.
…but I think a much better answer is just to find the simplest oscillator circuit you can find on the web and try making it yourself.
You don’t need real test equipment because you’re not trying to measure anything, just something to make interesting noises.
As the bard says: don’t be scared to try it.

It might be more fruitful for you to give examples of the kinds of sounds you’re after, rather than referring to hardware. “Test equipment” is a pretty broad category. But if you say “I want sounds similar to…” and name some artists or their works, we might have more useful suggestions for how to get those types of sounds.
