AS/CEM3340 VCO/LFO switch

thanks!

so I collected some tipps from you guys for the next VCO revision:

  • 10uF on the supply lines
  • C0G as Timing Capacitor instead of film ones (better temperature dependance)
  • VCO/LFO switch switches resistors on 3340 freq. input instead of timing capacitors
  • Build a mutable instruments tester for better tuning capabilities
  • Clean the PCB afterwards with toothbrush, but not with the own one

I am impressed, I didn’t even sent you the whole schematic and things (although I will open-source them in the future), and I’ve got so many cool ideas for improvement! The thing is, I’ve already put a lot of energy in the current VCOs, I probably continue first with the VCF

Really? C0G for the timing capacitor? I’ve always seen polypropylene recommended and used that.
